Strategy

The Circles of Commitment

The goal of the 'Circles of Commitment' is to continually move people toward the core and back out into the community so that Christ is magnified and lives are changed.

At Christian Family Fellowship, we believe that personal and spiritual growth is not incidental, it is intentional. We believe that no matter who you are, what you know, or what your background is...everyone can know God better and make Him known!

Purpose Driven

5 Purpose Driven Targets:

  1. The Community - The community is the largest circle and represents the largest number of people. Our purpose is to make Jesus known to this group of people who live with driving distance of the church and have made no commitment to Jesus Christ or our church.
  2. The Crowd - The crowd is the group that is regularly attending a church service who are committed to meeting. Our goal with this group is to lead them to worship.
  3. The Congregation - The next step is to become part of the congregation. The congregation is the people who have committed their lives to Jesus Christ and to the church. Our goal is to lead the congregation into fellowship and discipleship.
  4. The Committed - Next is helping the committed. This group of people, are already growing in discipleship, but not active in a ministry. Our purpose with them is to help them discover their gifts and become active in a ministry.
  5. The Core - The core is the smallest group, because it represents the deepest level of commitment. The core is those who have committed their life mission to the church. The purpose for this group is to lead them into the mission field.
